Here is a sampling of the type of comments that we receive each day from our students.

I recently took a job in technology (I'm changing careers and that's why I'm taking these courses) and they were amazed at my initial entry scores. They must have taken questions right from the A+ exam as their entry test because those questions were practically identical the ones FACT asked on its tests. They were so impressed they offered me a job on the spot! So kudos to FACT for providing such a great program. I'm telling all of my friends! Sincere regards, Jon

I just finished my first exam. What a pleasure and a priviledge to be able to attend FreeAcademy. I don't know how many emails like THIS you get but I just wanted to say thanks so much for all your help - today I passed the A+ DOS portion (I passed the Core a few weeks ago) sooo...I am now officially certified (or is that certifiable?) I should get the actual certificate in the mail w/in a few weeks. Do you wanna know something else? I think after all's been said & done, I must've spent about $600 or $700 w/all the various different instructor-led classes/books/flash cards/etc. But the one thing that I truly believe really helped me pass is the $10 FACT online course. How do you like that? Well, just wanted to say thanks again for everything, and I wish you had CCNA but alas I may have to find another option for learning that one. :) Diane

Many thanks for this and a great site (your lessons are the best I have come across, and I'm not just saying that. I've been in PC support for most of the last 15 years; but its been mostly on-the-job practical learning. I didn't think study in the subject would do me much good [a bit of 'a know it all' I guess] so never did it. That said, I have also been very sceptical of most material I have come across to study in the IT world. Its often irrelivant, pedantic, and unreal (I think your section on the OSI model sums thus up perfectly). However in these lessons I learned many valuable things I did not know or had uncertainties about that would've helped a lot to know. I have already used some of it to my benefit already - and I've only been registered/ doing lessons for about a month. Cheers. Glenn

Your Mission Statement pretty much sums up my situation, so I won't bore you with all of it, but with all sincerity and for all the lives you've touched - Thank You Very Much! Well from here on out I'll really try to limit my Emails to just the essentials. I passed both of my A+ test today but did not do as well as what I had hoped. My average test score on practice tests were 96% and I took on the average of 20 practice test a day for several weeks. My scores today were core=80% and dos/win=76%.I studied every braindump and cram sheets I could find. You can relay this message to any of your students. If you want to score high on the tests stick with FACT the information that I learned in your msdos module helped me more than any of the braindumps.I wish that I had completed the A+ module before taking the tests. There is no doubt in my mind that had I completed the module my scores would have been a lot better. Don't believe everything that you see on some of these sights. I had questions today on stuff that I had never been exposed to. Sincerely, Kerry

I just wanted to say thank you very much for your great job. I learned a good lesson for myself from you. I do not know and I do not want to know how much your are earning from this projects, but I can positively tell you that the money that you are earning is very clean and at the same time you are making people happy because we all are very happy and willing to pay for the lessons. Last week, I even told my friends that how much I desired and admired your job. Whenever I see people who are reading about A+ at book stores, I inform them that there is a good web site and I give out the freeacademy web site address. I plan to post advertisement at my university and also introduce it to my all computer instructors. Again, thank for you job and please keep it up. Aung

I have found FACT method of learning to be a great confidence builder. Apart from the fact that your teaching techniques are superb, the absence of a 'class room' teacher makes me think more on my own (instead of looking for help before i have really exerted my resources). Additionally, it acquaints us with the real life situations, when all the help one gets is from ones self =). The material and step by step approach is excellent. Although the student is not in a class room,'help' is very prompt when asked ( its amazing how many times u responded just to my querries in about 4 hrs time ). I found the audio tips at the begining of the lessons very helpful. Obviously, audio visual effect is better than just visual effect. In a nutshell FACT is an excellent means of imparting very difficult instructions. A very well thought out and executed program. Don't give up on us ...lol. Thanks again, Khalid

Do you have any idea how powerful your service is?!?!?! People who want to be educated and can't pay--there are a lot of us out there. I have spent my entire adult life only two steps away from welfare. I have come to a turning point in my life. I realize that I am no better off now than I was when I was seventeen. I am forcing myself out of a depression because I cannot afford health insurance. My temp job at a huge corporation will end on Christmas Eve. This will make TWO Christmases in a row that I will be unemployed. Don't fault me because I'm grateful that I may have a future beyond Social Security!!! Spoiled-rotten little rich kids can go to college or tour Europe for all I care. I'm just trying to better myself. I'm tired of struggling. If your CBT is the way or even the beginning of the way to better myself and face retirement in a brighter light, then I will be grateful. Please let me. H******
