Your browser must be set up to ALLOW pop-up windows. If you have disabled it, to prevent ads from appearing, you will have to re-enable it while you are using FACT. Our Lesson Viewer runs in a separate Pop-Up window.

or our tests and exams won't work on your computer.
MOST people don't have it set that way.

to see if YOUR browser is set up correctly.
- Some people using a Proxy server, and some people using a firewall
may not be able to use our IBT Viewer. If you are using a
cable modem, you are probably using a Proxy server. In most
cases, if you check with your ISP they will be able to tell
you how to access our site without their Proxy Server.
- There are some net-oriented programs that don't like our IBT viewer.
If you have them, you may have to disable them to use our site.
(e.g. Norton Crashguard, Zone Alert, most browser accelerators)
- There is a minimal Administration Fee for each course
